Responsibilities
• Perform case selection and allocation on daily basis as per the client SOP and WIs.
• Quality Review of cases (valid and invalid cases) as per the set SLAs.
• Document case in SMOCQA tool.
• Perform analysis of refuted errors.
• Ensure Quality is achieved as per the set SLA (TCS/Client).
• Attend internal and client meetings.
• Attend the Vendor oversight meetings.
• Ensure compliance with respect to Client/TCS trainings.
• Participate in audits as Subject Matter Expert of the Quality Review Processes.
• Perform any additional tasks/activities as delegated by the Supervisor.

Experience : 2 - 6 Years
Location : Mumbai
Qualifications : BACHELOR OF PHARMACY, BACHELOR OF SCIENCE ( B.Sc Degree ), MASTER OF PHARMACY, MASTER OF SCIENCE
