Job Summary
H&H Healthcare & Cosmetics is looking for an experienced Regulatory Affairs professional to join the team and manage regulatory compliance for:
• Nutraceutical products
• Food products
• Healthcare products
• Allied products
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, guidelines, licensing requirements, and applicable standards.
• Manage product registrations, approvals, licenses, renewals, amendments, and regulatory submissions.
• Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory dossiers and documentation.
• Handle FSSAI & FoSCoS regulatory activities.
• Review product labels, packaging artwork, ingredients, nutritional information, claims, and product literature.
• Provide regulatory support for NPD, product launches, modifications, and commercialization.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation across the organization.
• Liaise with FSSAI, FDA, and other regulatory authorities as required.
• Support regulatory audits, inspections, certifications, and regulatory reviews.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, R&D, Production, Packaging, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Regulatory Affairs team.
• Maintain regulatory trackers, licenses, approvals, certificates, and compliance records.
Candidate Profile
• Up to 8 years of relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs.
• Experience in Nutraceutical / Food / Pharmaceutical / Healthcare Manufacturing preferred.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of FSSAI regulations and regulatory compliance is essential.
• Strong understanding of nutraceutical product approvals, labeling, claims, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
• Practical experience with FoSCoS.
• Experience in preparing regulatory dossiers and submissions.
• Exposure to FDA regulatory requirements will be an advantage.
• Experience handling regulatory audits, inspections, and government authorities preferred.
• Strong documentation, analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
