• Patent Drafting & Filing
• Patent Prosecution & Office Actions
• Prior Art Search & Patentability Analysis
• IP Portfolio Management
• Patent Landscape & Competitor Monitoring
• Coordination with Patent Attorneys & Inventors
• Documentation & Regulatory Compliance
Key Skills
• Strong knowledge of Indian Patents Act, 1970 and Patent Rules.
• Experience in patent drafting, prosecution, filing, and portfolio management.
• Prior art search and patentability analysis.
• Handling office actions, hearing notices, and oppositions.
• Coordination with patent attorneys, inventors, and cross-functional teams.
• Monitoring IP landscape and competitor patents.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Qualification & Experience
• M.Sc / M.Pharm in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry or related field.
• B.Pharm / LLB (IPR) / M.Tech (Biotech) is an added advantage.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in IPR.
• Pharma / Biotech industry experience preferred.
