Vacancy for Pharmacists under District Health Committee

District Health Committee, Giridih In the light of the advertisement published for the appointment of para medical personnel and other posts on contract basis under the National Health Mission, the selection process and conditions are as follows:-  With the aim of ensuring better health facilities in the district, applications are invited for appointment against the category wise vacant posts of the following para medical personnel on contract / honorarium basis against the posts earmarked under the District Rural Health Mission Committee till 4:00 pm on 28.09.2024.

Qualification : • Diploma In Pharmacy from a recognized Institute. Should have Registered under Jharkhand state Pharmacy Council. • Computer Proficiency (MS Office) & Internet.
Salary : Rs. 11,550/-

Selection Conditions
1. Candidates having the required qualification and eligibility shall ensure to send the application form by registered post/speed post to Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Giridih along with self-attested copy of required certificates in the prescribed format, caste certificate issued by competent authority for claiming reservation, matriculation certificate related to date of birth, local resident certificate and completely filled application to Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Giridih.
2. Application Fee- For applying, for each post, General Category/OBC/Backward Class applicants shall have to pay Rs. 400/-, for SC/ST applicants, a demand draft of Rs. 200/- payable in the name of District Rural Health Committee, Giridih shall be mandatory to be attached with the application form.
3. Selection of candidates shall be done on the basis of marks obtained in academic and technical examinations/Written Test/Skill Test/Interview, one or more of whichever is applicable.
4. All candidates will ensure to send the application form only through registered post / speed post.
5. The final merit list will be published in the office of Civil Surgeon / Deputy Commissioner for one week. Information regarding publication of the list on the notice board will be given through newspapers.
6. The received application forms / mark sheets and certificates will be entered in the computer and uploaded on the website and objections to the entry will be received through newspapers.
7. All information related to the appointment will be given through daily newspapers / giridih.nic.in.


Selection Process
1. There will be no employment of employees on contract basis, rather they will be contracted to work against the approved honorarium.
2. District level reservation roster will be applicable in all the above posts.
3. The contract will be applicable for one year. As per requirement, the contract period can be extended every year on the basis of Annual Performance Appraisal.
4. The contract can be terminated by giving one month's notice or one month's honorarium to the persons contracted on contract basis.
5. Candidates who are submitting CGPA score card for educational qualification will also submit CGPA conversion chart along with the mark sheet.
6. It will be mandatory for the applicant to apply separately for more than one post.
7. Shortlisted candidates will be included in the further selection process by the committee as per the advertised eligibility and qualification.
8. The decision of the committee in the appointment process will be final and binding.
9. The committee can amend the terms and conditions of the advertisement as per the requirement.
10. Any kind of personal correspondence/contact will not be accepted in connection with the appointment.
11. The applicants must mention the post code number on their application form and the envelope of the application form.
