Vacancy for Pharmacist under National Health Mission, Koderma

Applications are invited for appointment on contract basis for a period of one year on the following posts in various departments of National Health Mission, Koderma.

Post : Pharmacist - NUHM

No of post : BC1-01
Essential Qualification : • Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute.
• Registered under Jharkhand State Pharmacy Council.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office) & Internet.
Salary (Rs. per month) : 10,450/-

Selection Conditions
• They will be contracted to work against the approved honorarium on the basis of contract.
• In all the above posts, the district level reservation will be as per the roster.
• The contract will be estimable for one year, as per the requirement, it can be extended every year on the basis of Annual Performance Appraisal.
• The contract can be terminated by giving one month's notice or one month's advance honorarium to the contracted employees on the basis of contract.
• Candidates who are submitting CGPA score card for educational qualification will also submit CGPA conversion chart along with the mark sheet.
• It will be mandatory for the applicant to apply separately for applying for more than one post.
• Shortlisted candidates will be included in the further selection process by the committee as per the advertised eligibility, qualification.
• Resolution No. 821 dated 05/02/2021 of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Official Language will be valid for the selection process.
• The decision of the District Health Committee regarding the appointment process will be final and binding.
• The Committee can amend the terms of the advertisement as per the requirement.
• Any kind of personal correspondence/contact regarding the appointment will not be accepted.

Selection Process :
The selection process is determined as follows:-
• Candidates will be selected on the basis of marks obtained in academic and technical examinations / Written Test / Skill Test / Interview, one or more than one, as applicable.
• All candidates will ensure to send the application form only through registered post / speed post.
• The final merit list will be published in the Civil Surgeon / Deputy Commissioner's office for one week. Information regarding publication of merit list on the notice board will be given through newspaper.

Application Process
Candidates having the above qualification and eligibility can submit the application in the following prescribed form by 18.09.2024 along with attested copies of required mark sheets and certificates, residential certificate issued by the competent authority for claiming reservation, caste certificate, matriculation certificate related to date of birth and two self-attested passport size photographs along with the application form. Applications received after 05.00 PM of 18.09.2024 will not be considered.
• If the application is submitted in any other office, their application will be automatically cancelled.
• Application fee For applying, it will be mandatory for the applicants of General Category / Backward Class / Extremely Backward Class to attach Rs. 400 / - for each post and Rs. 200 / - for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe applicants to attach the demand draft with the application form. The draft will be payable in the name of District Health Society, Koderma.
