Job Description
1. Adhere strictly to cGMP norms and factory safety rules.
2. Independently execute organic reactions in the lab, generate new ideas, and demonstrate strong literature research skills.
3. Communicate results and process issues effectively, both verbally and in writing, to internal and external customers.
4. Troubleshoot process issues independently or in consultation with stakeholders.
5. Prepare weekly reports, participate in conference calls, and handle RFP and CC preparation.
6. Lead and train a group of scientists during projects as needed.
7. Prepare process development reports and campaign reports.
8. Train new and junior-level scientists as required.
9. Regularly update scientific information on reactions in LNB according to SOP.
10. Maintain a clean and safe lab environment, ensuring responsibility for lab safety and housekeeping.
Candidate Profile
Educational Background: Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related field.
Experience : Extensive experience in organic reactions and process development, with a solid track record of at least 4 years working in a laboratory environment at a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO).
Technical Skills : Proficiency in literature research, process troubleshooting, and adherence to cGMP and safety standards.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting results and interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Leadership : Experience in leading and training teams, with the ability to mentor junior scientists.
Safety and Compliance: In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and standards in a laboratory environment.
