The National Institute of Immunology is committed to advanced research addressing the basic mechanisms involved in body's defence to identify modalities for manipulation of the immune system to provide protection against diseases and understand mechanisms that can be used to target disease processes for intervention.

Post : Research Intern (Under SSR-Head)

Duration : Two months
Name of the Project : “Nano-scale Artificial Antigen Presenting Cells to Reprogram the Tumor Angiogenesis” funded by SERB Educational Qualifications : Students with M.Sc./M.Tech (Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Zoology/Botany/Physiology/Microbiology /Chemistry) or students in the final year of M.Sc./M.Tech./B.Tech in any branch of Life Sciences are encouraged to apply.
Desirable : The preference will be given to the candidates who have hands-on experience with basic protein biochemistry/microbiology or chemical synthesis of nanoparticles/small molecules.
Job Description : The student will perform experiments related to nanoparticle synthesis, protein biochemistry, and basic immunological experiments to evaluate the nanoparticle.
Emoluments : Rs. 5000/- per month (Fixed)
