Contractual Vacancy Public Health Manager, Epidemiologist, Urban Quality Assurance Coordinator, Laboratory Technician and Staff Nurse under 15th Finance Commission for Kolhapur Municipal Integrated Health and Family Welfare Society for various programs implemented under National Health Mission through Kolhapur Municipal Health Department on aggregate remuneration as shown in below , Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the post of Multipurpose Health Worker. The posts mentioned below are contractual in nature and as per the National Health Mission Policy, the appointment will be till 29th June 2025.

Qualification : MBBS or Graduated in health science (BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/B.P.Th/Nursing Basic/(P.B.Bsc)/B.Pharmcy/+MPH/MHA/MBA in Health Care Administration

Important Notice
1. These posts are purely contractual posts. There will be no permanent stake in the said post. There will be no right to claim for inclusion in regular government service or for service protection through the government.
2. The emoluments mentioned against the post are lump sum emoluments and no other allowances are payable.
3. Selected candidates will be appointed for the period upto 29/6/2025. For the next period, appointment will be made for the next period only after getting the approval of the campaign and posts from the State Health Society, Mumbai and if the work in the previous period is satisfactory. Candidates cannot make any claim regarding re-appointment regarding inclusion in regular government service or service protection through the government.
4. The number of posts, educational qualification, remuneration, age limit, social reservation as well as terms and conditions are likely to be changed as per requirement. Also, Kolhapur Municipal Corporation reserves the right to change or cancel the selection process and criteria without giving any prior notice.
5. The appointed candidate will have to write and notarize the agreement to accept the terms and conditions of Rs.100/- on stamp paper. The letter of agreement shall be subject to appointment.
6. As per Government Decision dated 25th April 2016 of General Administration Department, Ministry of Mumbai last date of application i.e. 11/10/2024 minimum age of candidate 18 years and maximum age 38 years (reserved
Maximum age for the category will be 43 years).
7. In case of insufficient number of reserved category candidates as per the point list, temporary appointment will be given to eligible candidates from the open category selected from the waiting list of vacancies, but if the reserved category candidates are received, the appointment of the open category candidate will be terminated.
8. The appointment will be canceled if it is found that any criminal offense has been registered against the eligible candidate.

11. After Scrutiny of Candidates Applications received Post wise Degree/Diploma/GNM Course/DMLT, etc. On the basis of the percentage of final year marks in the required qualifying exam of the post, if the educational qualification is more than the required educational qualification for the post and the percentage of the marks obtained in the relevant experience of the post, the candidates will be appointed by preparing a category wise merit list. Also for the post of Laboratory Technician candidates having maximum educational qualification over DMLT will be preferred according to the percentage obtained in the final year of their maximum educational qualification. As per the guidelines of the government, the candidates who have obtained the highest marks will be selected. Also, for the post of Staff Nurse, the candidates who have maximum educational qualification than GNM will be preferred according to the percentage obtained in the final year of their maximum educational qualification. As per the guidelines of the government, the candidates who have obtained the highest marks will be selected.
12. Government / Semi-Government experience will be desirable for the posts advertised.
13. An applicant who directly/indirectly exerts any kind of pressure on the committee for his selection will be disqualified from the selection process.

3) Attested photocopies of the following required documents should be attached with the application. It includes educational qualification certificate, registration certificate registered with concerned council by post, birth certificate proof, experience certificate, small family certificate. Also attach other supporting documents, 2 passport size photographs, caste certificate of reserved candidates, attested photocopies.
