Analytical Chemist
No of posts : 19
Salary Structure : S-14 ; 38600-122800 plus dearness allowance and other allowances payable as per rules.
Educational Qualification Required : (i) Possess a Degree in Pharmacy Or A Post-Graduate Degree in Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry of recognized University. No experience required
OR
(ii) Possess a Degree in Science in Second Class of any recognized University and have Experience, gained after obtaining such degree in the analytical of drugs for not less than eighteen Months.
A minimum of 18 months experience in pharmaceutical analysis is required after obtaining such a degree
Senior Technical Assistant
No of posts : 37
Salary Structure : S-13 ; 35400-112400 plus dearness allowance and other allowances payable as per rules.
Educational Qualification Required : (i) Have a Second Class science Degree of a recognized University.
OR
(ii) Hold a Degree in Pharmacy.
Note – The candidate must possess the relevant minimum educational qualification on the last date prescribed for submission of application as per the advertisement presented.
Note
1. The online examination for the two posts of Analytical Chemist (Group-B) Non-Gazetted and Senior Technical Assistant (Group-C) will be conducted separately as per separate schedule. In case of any changes in the above schedule as per requirement, notifications will be published on the website of the department from time to time. Candidates should take care to review such instructions from time to time.
2. Examinations will be conducted in different sessions as per requirement depending on the number of candidates.
Age Limit
1) The candidate applying for the said post should be at least 18 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on the last date of application. (For Backward Classes / Sportspersons / Economically Weaker Sections / Socially and Educationally Backward Classes the age limit will be relaxed by 05 years) Also the upper age limit will be relaxed up to 45 years for disabled and orphan candidates. Also, the age limit for graduate part-time candidates will be 55 years and for earthquake affected candidates the age limit will be 45 years as mentioned in the government decision.
2) Relaxation in age limit to backward class candidates, disabled and sportsmen shall be a single relaxation whichever is the maximum.
Examination Fee
Unreserved (Open) Category- 1000/-
Reserved Category - 900/-
In addition to the above examination fees, bank charges and taxes payable thereon will be additional.
Ex-servicemen will not be charged.
