Apply Online for Pharmacists at Municipal Corporation, 10 vacancies

Eligible candidates to wait list for 10 posts of Pharmacist on 11 month contractual basis at The Urban Health Society, Ahmedabad under National Health Mission in Department of Health, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation from time to time on Arogyasathi website (including necessary educational qualification experience/other certificates) .From 23/09/2024 to 01/10/2024 by 06.00 PM online application has to be done. Candidates having experience for related post in Govt/Corporation/Private Organization and having Basic Commuter Certificate will be given priority in merit list.

Qualification : 1. Should have a Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized University
2. Must be registered with Gujarat Pharmacy Council.

Conditions :
1. Applicants have to upload attested copies of all qualifications and experience certificates along with the application form. If the application is filled with incomplete details and the copy of the certificate mentioned in the application is not attached, then such application will be considered void.
2. Pursuant to the recruitment process for this post, if it is necessary to modify or cancel the advertisement for any reason, the higher officer of the account shall have the full right/authority to do so and the higher officer shall not be liable for the same.
3. The appointment of the selected candidate will be for 11 months. If the performance of the employee is satisfactory after the completion of the contract, his contract will be renewed by giving a break of 01 days.
4. The selected candidate will have to perform as per the norms fixed by The Urban Health Society, Ahmedabad from time to time.
5. The appointed candidates will have to enter into an agreement with The Urban Health Society, Ahmedabad under the National Health Mission prior to appointment and will not have any right claim with the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.
6. If any kind of political or institutional pressure is exerted for the above post at that stage, their appointment will be cancelled.
7. The candidate whose marks are in the grade should submit the certificate of the University from which he has obtained the degree converting the grade into percentage.
8. As per the instructions received from time to time by the State Health Society, revisions will be made in the scale of pay.
9. The selected candidate shall be eligible for appointment subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by the competent authority.
10. Since the merit list is prepared based on the online application and the certificates uploaded by the candidate, before issuing the posting order to the candidate, the original certificates have to be verified at the Urban Family Welfare Unit and any defects are found in them or the original copies of the certificates uploaded by the candidate must be submitted. If not, that candidate's name will be reduced from the merit list.
11. If any amendment is suggested by the State Government or the Central Government regarding the appointment of the candidate, it shall be amended accordingly with the approval of the competent authority.
