Criteria :
• M.Sc./B.E-B.Tech (Chemical Engg.)
• Must have 2 to 5 years of experience
• Must have handled critical equipment like reactor, centrifuge, blender, sifter, multimill, etc.
Job Role :
• Ensure that the products are manufactured as per the cGMP.
• Maintain documentation as per regulatory authorities requirement like change control, deviations.
• Highlight technical problems and take corrective actions.
• Maintain safety practices.

Job Role :
Production :
• Handle equipments like Cream(Adam)/ Ointment Plant, CIP Systems, different types of Vessels (Mfg., Slurry preparation. Wax melting).
Packing :
• Manage machineries like Norden, Swastik filling machine, Cartonator, Labelling and Track and trace system

Production:
• Manage granulation, compression, coating and capsule filling area.

• Manage blister packing, bulk/bottle packing, documentation. Track and Trace and serialization.

• Aseptic practices and good documentation practices are must.
Job Role : • Handle manufacturing skids, Fedegari autoclaves,Isolator, lyophilizers, vial washing and tunnel, vial/ophthalmic /PFS filling and aseptic filtration, FFS, CIP/SIP, filters, microsphere refiner, active freeze drying System. Operation, cleaning, sterilization, qualification and maintenance of solution preparation systems.

Job Role :
Quality Assurance :
• Ensure line clearance, reviewing of BMR & BPR , handling shop floor QMS document. Ensuring shop floor compliances and handling of investigation.
Quality Control:
• Exposure of analysis for finished product, stability samples and raw material. Handle instruments like HPLC, GC,UV-visible/IR spectrophotometer, dissolution apparatus, KF, IPC-OES.
