All-India Institute of Medical Sciences was established as an institution of national importance by an Act of Parliament with the objects to develop patterns of teaching in Undergraduate and Post-graduate Medical Education in all its branches so as to demonstrate a high standard of Medical Education in India; to bring together in one place educational facilities of the highest order for the training of personnel in all important branches of health activity; and to attain self-sufficiency in Post-graduate Medical Education.
Applications are invited from Indian citizens for the following post under ICMR-funded project entitled “Cisplatin-encapsulated HPV virion-based targeted delivery vehicle validation on cervicectomy samples using high-resolution Cryo-Electron Tomography” at Electron Microscope Facility, Department of Anatomy, AIIMS New Delhi.
Project Scientist-B (Non-Medical) (01)
Essential Qualification : i. 1st Class Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Physical Science, and Chemical science from a recognized university
ii. 2 years of research experience or PhD Degree (As per ICMR Rule)
Project related desirable qualification and experience : Work experience in Electron Tomography /Electron Microscopy of Tissue and Cells will be preferred. Experience will be calculated from the date of award of the essential degree from the Institute/University.
Age on the date of interview : Below 35 Years (Age relaxation will be as per the Government of India ICMR rules)
Research Associate-I (01)
Essential Qualification : Ph.D / MD / MS or equivalent or 3 years research experience after MVSC / MPharma / M.Tech with at least one paper in SCI journal
Project related desirable qualification and experience : Work experience in Electron Tomography / Electron Microscopy of Tissue and Cells will be preferred. Experience will be calculated from the date of award of the essential degree from the Institute/University.
Age on the date of interview : Below 35 Years (Age relaxation will be as per the Government of India ICMR rules)
Junior Research Fellow (01)
Essential Qualification : Master’s degree in Science or Engineering (Computer Science) with qualified National Level Competitive Exams (CSIR, UGC, ICMR, DBT, GATE etc)
Project related desirable qualification and experience : Own fellowship candidate will be preferred
Age on the date of interview : 28 Years (Age relaxation will be as per the Government of India ICMR rules).
Fellowship Amount : As per the ICMR - sanctioned amount
