• New service launches (Market research, Content creation, Sales training, Customer education)
• Branding (Executive connect, PR & Media, Social media, Analyst relations, Events and Conferences)
Account Based Marketing for high potential accounts
• Mining (Service definitions, heat maps, cross-selling, QBRs, Tech-days)
• Creating a superior Customer experience (Business reviews, visit management, account portals, CSAT surveys & actions, achieve testimonials/referrals)
Field Marketing to prospects
• Lead generation (events & conferences, web & social promotion, RFx response, newsletters, outreach programs for demand generation)
