Qualifications (requirement based on level applied for)
• PhD, M.Sc. M.Pharma with specialization in Pharmacology, Toxicology, Pharmaceuticals sciences. Agro Sciences. Synthetic Organic Chemistry, Process Engineering, or Analytical Chemistry
• MBA with specialization in Marketing or Finance
• 0-3 years for entry level 3-7 years for midlevel >7 for senior & leadership
Skills Required
• Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or in Business Development & Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
• Leadership & team management skills & ability to maintain positive attitude (for managerial positions)
• Strong Knowledge in sales / business development in the CRO industry
• Successful track record in closing of business opportunities with new and existing clients
• Ability to Develop strategic sales and marketing plans to grow business in targeted areas
