The Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute (VPCI) is a unique postgraduate medical institution devoted to research, teaching and patient care in the field of chest diseases. It is a University of Delhi maintained institution and is funded entirely by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. The Institute is ideally located in the heart of the main campus of the University of Delhi, providing the requisite academic environment.

Research Associates
Remuneration : Rs 59,690/- (47000+27% HRA)

Qualification :
Essential : PhD in anthropology / Life Science or equivalent degree or having 3 years research experience after M Sc/ M Tech from a recognized University with atleast one research paper.
Desirable : Experience of working in Microbiology lab.

Remuneration : Rs 44450/- (35000+27% HRA)

Essential : Master's degree in Microbiology / Biotechnology from a recognized University with 2 years research experience.

Research Assistant
Remuneration : Rs 31000/- Per month (fixed)

Qualification :
Essential : Graduate degree in life Science with 3 years experience from a recognized Institute. or Master’s degree in Life Sciences.
Desirable : Experience of working in Microbiology lab.
