Job Description
• Create a production plan based on orders on hand.
• Seek Production schedules from production departments as per planned order.
• Monitor production activities to achieve on-time shipment of orders from Plant
• Identify delays and set up the weekly discussion with Plant
• Assist in production risk assessment like delays in input material and discuss with Purchase for mitigation.
• Identify production issues and escalate unresolved issues
• Ensure Shortages from stores at defined interval
• Maintain records for creation of planning reports.
• Search for Products from outsourced Location on P2P
• Follow up for outsourced products on regular interval
• Follow up production activities for outsourced products to achieve on-time shipment of orders.
• Coordinate with SCM for Pick up of material from Outsourced location
• Ensure sending designs and approvals to Outsourced MFg units
