Injectable Manufacturing : B.Pharm / M.Pharm with 2-5 years of hands on experience in injectable manufacturing processing areas like aseptic, auto clave, vial washing, filling (PFS / Vial filling machine) filling line with isolator, covenng vial washer, tunnel, filler /stopping / capping involved in lyophilizer. TS. Bonfiglioli and Brevetti machine / filtration SKID operation (CIP PHT. SIP and batch mfg & filtration).
Injectable Manufacturing QMS / Documentation :
B.Pharm / M.Pharm with 4-8 years of experience in injectable production. Candidates must have experience of document preparation i.e., equipment qualification (injectable equipment), process validation cleaning validation. SOP handling using documentum (preferable), BMR / BPR. QMS document handling (including change controls, deviation, malfunctions, investigations, CAPA) using Trackwise (preferable) and training co-ordination.
Quality Assurance-IPQA : B.Pharm / M.Pharm with 2-5 years of relevant experience in IPQA having in depth knowledge and process experience in aseptic process (media fill).
Engineering (Electrical) : ITI /Diploma in electrical engineering with 1-4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company Candidates should have experience in operation & maintenance of transformer & DG sets, breakdown & trouble shooting and supervision of 66 /11KV power substation.
Engineering (Water system) : ITI, Fitter / Diploma in mechanical engineering with 1-4 years of experience in injectable water system. Candidates should have experience in operation of RO plant, purified water generation and distribution system. WFI generation and distribution system, pure steam generation and distribution system, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of water system equipment.
Engineering (Instrumentation) : I.T.I. / Diploma in instrumentation engineering with 3-4 years of relevant experience in HMl. PLC SCADA and field instruments related to breakdown. Candidates should have experience in pharmaceutical or in API related companies.
For all the above positions, candidates having exposure to regulatory requirement of documentation and cGMP / GLP is essential.
