Tech, with Biotechnology with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in upstream operations like handling mammalian cell culture process and microbial fermentation. Handling equipment such as Bioreactors, CEDEX Bioanalyzer, etc. Capable of performing activities such as handling of mammalian cell lines, cell bank preparation, media scouting and process optimization at shake flasks, small-scale bioreactors and pilot scale bioreactors to improve yields & product quality. Good Documentation skills like SOP, STP etc.
Scientist / Principle Scientist (Upstream Process)
Ph.D., (Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology) / M.Tech, in Biotechnology with more than 10 years of experience. Hands-on experience with upstream process development and process characterization of mammalian and microbial culture. Sound scientific knowledge as well as report writing skills like Process Development Report, Technology Transfer Document and scale up. Should have proven track record to lead a sizeable team.
Sr. Scientific Officer / Research Associate / Sr. Research Associate (Drug Discovery / oncology / immunologist)
Ph.D. or M.Sc (Immunology / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Cell Biology / Biochemical Engineering) with more than 0 to 5 years of hands-on experience in immunology assay development, Cell culture expertise, Transfection, small scale upstream and downstream operation handling, purification of recombinant proteins, process characterization and protein analysis. Should have deep knowledge of immunology specifically in immunooncology and validation with good communication and scientific report writing skills and proven track record to lead a sizeable team. Will support strategic planning for initiation and execution of novel biologic drug development programs in oncology, immuno-oncology and inflammation area.
Sr. Scientific Officer / Research Associate / Sr. Research Associate (Mammalian cell culture, Cell line Development)
M.Sc.(Any Life sciences area) / M.tech / M.Pharm with Biotechnology with 3-5 years of experience in mammalian cell culture such as handling of various cell lines, optimization & execution of stable I transient transfections, clone screening, media / process optimization at shake flasks & small scale bioreactors to improve yields & quality, cell bank preparations, ELISAs. Basic understanding of DoE tools for media optimizations.

MSc. Handling equipment such as Chromatography systems, Ultrafiltration systems, Continuous Centrifuge, Filtration Techniques. Sound knowledge of process characterization along with report preparation. Good communication and scientific report writing skills.

Ph.D., M.Sc. or M.Tech (Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Cell Biology) with more than 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience development and conduct of cell based assays and ELlSAs. Candidates should have good knowledge of cell biology and Immunology. Should be well versed in the concepts of bioassay method validation with the ability to design and conduct method validation experiments. Candidate should be proficient in data interpretation and data analysis by software such as GraphPad Prism and PLA. Candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills.

MSc.
