Project Title: Understanding binding mode of K0706 with BCR-ABL and its variants.
Job Description: To sub-clone, design mutants, express and purify proteins. Perform biochemical, biophysical, structural and cell-based studies with relevant proteins to characterize their interactions.
Minimum Qualification : Doctoral degree in biochemistry, biotechnology and Life Sciences and related biological fields from a recognized university.
Experience : Minimum one year of post Ph.D. experience will be preferred. Experience in recombinant protein purification, molecular biology, structural biology biochemistry and cell based experiments are required. Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture, apoptosis assays, in vivo animal model studies is desirable.
Consolidated Salary: Rs.40,000/- per month.
Duration: Six months & extendable.
