Guaranteed scholarship for high achieving international and domestic students enrolled in doctoral study, includes stipend, tuition fees and international student insurance (if applicable).
The Scholarship was established in 1996 and revised in 2016.
Application status : No application required
Applicable study : PhD, DClinPsy or the research component of an approved doctorate
Tenure : Up to 36 months (see Reg. 9 & 10)
Value: Up to $27,900 pa for 2019 plus compulsory fees and international health insurance (see Reg. 2). Available to domestic students and domestic fee-paying international students
The intention of the Scholarship is to encourage and support academically excellent domestic and international students, who are paying domestic fees, to undertake doctoral study at the University of Auckland. Students who are undertaking their first doctoral programme will be assessed for scholarship eligibility and award at the time of application to the doctoral programme.

You do not need to apply for this scholarship, award or prize or complete an online application form. It is awarded on the recommendation of the relevant faculty or University of Auckland committee.
