National Medicinal Plants Board looking for Consultant | Ph.D, M.Pharm, M.Sc

The National Medicinal Plants Board (NMPB) has been established by Government of India to coordinate with all matters relating to Medicinal Plants and Support Policies and Programs for growth of trade, export, conservation and cultivation. The board is working under Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha & Homeopathy (AYUSH).

Consultant (Research & Promotional Activities)

Age : The age limit to engage Consultant is 45 years

Eligibility & Qualification
i) Masters' Degree in Bio-Chemistry/Phyto-Chemistry/ Pharmacognosy /Medicinal Plants/ Bio-Technology/ Molecular Biology/ Microbiology/ Dravyaguna;
ii) At least 2 years' experience in the field research: and
iii) Desirable: Ph D. in concerned discipline.

Nature of appointment : On purely contract basis, initially for a period up to 31-03-2020.

Salary : Rs. 50,000/- per month consolidated.

Consultant (In-situ Resource Augmentation)

Age : The age limit to engage Consultant is 45 years

Eligibility & Qualification :
i) M.Sc Botany/ Forestry /Agriculture/ Taxonomi/ Pharmacognosy, Dravyaguna.
ii) Two Years' experience in Taxonomi Pharmacognosy.
iii) Desirable Ph.D in concerned discipline and experience in Survey /Agro forestry /Collection and Cultivation of Medicinal Plants.

Nature of appointment : On purely contract basis, initially for a period up to 31-03-2020.

Salary : Rs. 50,000/- per month consolidated.

Consultant (Collection/Compilation of Raw Material Data)

Age : The age limit to engage Consultant is 45 years

Eligibility & Qualification : M Sc. Botany / Forestry/ .Pharmacognosy /Taxonomy, Dravyaguna;
ii) Two years’ experience in Taxonomy Pharmacognosy.
iii) Knowledge of Computer in Analyzing Data Statistically.
iv) Desirable Ph.D in concerned discipline.

Nature of appointment : On purely contract basis, initially for a period up to 31-03-2020.

Salary : Rs. 50,000/- per month consolidated.

Consultant (In-situ Conservation)

Age : The age limit to engage Consultant is 45 years

Eligibility & Qualification
i) “M.Sc Botany / Forestry / Agriculture / Taxonomi / Pharmacognosy, Dravyaguna;
ii) Two years’ experience in Taxonomi Pharmacognosy.
iii) Desirable Ph.D in concerned discipline and experience in Survey /Agro forestry /Collection and Cultivation of Medicinal
Plants.

Nature of appointment : On purely contract basis, initially for a period up to 31
03-2020.

Salary : Rs. 50,000/- per month consolidated
