Job Responsibilities:
Ability to undertake independent product oriented research in the development of drug formulations. Should be well versed with pre formulation profiling, physico – chemical material characterization, solubility enhancement technologies, drug delivery technologies etc. Should have hands own experience in particle engineering techniques and pre-formulation studies, Ability to attract external funding for developing novel technologies leading to product development particularly in the field of reproductive / contraceptive products including steroids and non-steroids. Should have proven record for formulation development. Capacity to work as a team in timely delivery of new products for the company, Experience in product development / documentation for regulated markets.

Scale of Pay (For Regular appointment):
Rs. 24,900 - 50,500/- (Senior Manager (E3)) (under revision) Annual CTC: Rs.11.4 (Non-Metro) lakhs (approx.) at the minimum of the scale. Consolidated pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement): Rs.35, 000 to Rs.60, 000 per month (The consolidated pay will be fixed within the pay range depending on the qualification, experience and the current pay drawn by the candidate. The consolidated pay will be inclusive of all allowances and benefits).

Qualification:
Essential: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics) with Ph.D (Full Time Course Only)

Post Qualification Experience: Min. 5 years post qualification research experience preferably in formulation development of oral/parenteral, APIs in a reputed pharmaceutical company. Research experience shall support with patents, product development, publications etc.
