c - Knowledge on Agilent, Shimadzu and Waters Instruments Connectivity type
d - Understand Pharmaceutical SOP and Process
e - Troubleshooting Connectivity Issues / Performance Issues f- Knowledge on Disaster Recovery activity Professional
Experience:
a - Knowledge on networking / database during performance issues
b - Providing technical trainings for team built
c - Good knowledge in Custom Field built / Enhancement request
d - Good Knowledge in processing method / Instrument method and reports with Empower
e - Handling Problem management to find RCA
Personal Attributes
a - Effective Communication skill to co-ordinate with other third party teams/ Coordination with the vendor to resolve critical issues
