Govt. of India has launched the National Urban Health Mission (NUHM) as a sub-mission under overarching National Health Mission (NHM) for providing quality primary health care services to the urban population, especially the urban poor and other vulnerable sectors of the society, vide resolution No. L.19017/1/2008-UH (Vol-III), dated 15/05/2013 of MoH&FW, Govt. of India. The duration of the mission is from 2012-13 to 2016-17.

Walk in interview will be conducted for the Contractual employee of NHM working in the same post under the OSH & FW society in other distict to fill up the following vacant posts.

GENERAL INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS:
I. Registration timing will be from 10.30 A.M to 12.30 P.M for all above posts. No application will be received after the scheduled timing of registration.
II. At registration desk the applicants have to produce experience certificate of working in the same post in any other district and the same should be issued by CDM & PHO. Registration will not be made without the valid experience certificate.
III. All Candidates have to submit Experience Certificate, No Objection Certificate and Proof of last contract renewal from CDM & PHO of concerned district, or else the application will be rejected.
IV. Selection will be made as per office order no 3418 dated 12.03.2018 of Mission Director, NHM, Odisha.
V. All communication will be made through e-mail / district website. No postal/personal
correspondence will be made to the candidates at any state in any form. Candidates are required to visit district website: nuapada.nic.in at regular intervals for any notification, updates, results etc. relating to recruitment.
VI. Number of vacancies as mentioned under this advertisement may vary at the time of actual engagement.
