Post : Junior Research Fellow
A walk-in-interview will be conducted for engagement of one Junior Research Fellow under the DBT funded project “Regulation of corpus luteum....in Pig (Sus crofa)". The engagement will be purely on temporary basis and the position will be co-terminus with the termination of the project.
Qualifications: Essential: Post graduate degree in Basic science viz MSc in Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Physiologyetc with NET qualification or graduate degree in professional course with NET qualification or Postgraduate degree in professional courses viz. MVSc in Animal Genetics / Animal Biotechnology /Animal Biochemistry / Animal Reproduction / Veterinary Physiology etc.
Desirable: Working knowledge of Molecular Biology Techniques (DNA/RNA isolation. Cloning. Western Blotting. Genomics and or cDNA library screening. ELISA. Real time PCR. Cell culture. Immunohistochemistry. Genome editing etc) evident through dissertation work/research publication.
Emoluments: JRF emoluments shall be Rs. 25000/- + HRA for the 1st two years and Rs. 28000/- + HRA for the 3rd year for SRF as applicable.
Age limit: 35 years for men and 40 years for women.
