(i) a Doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in Environment Science or Chemistry or Bio-chemistry or Bio-technology or Micro-biology or Aquatic Biology or Marine Biology or Bio Science of any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be a deemed university under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
Experience: -
Possess - have atleast five years experience in different aspects of Laboratory Management including handling of advance instruments and work experience of analysis of waste water or molecular biology or Research and Development or Scientific Activities and Services or Science and Technology Programme and Planning Development in Government or Government undertaking Board or Corporation or Industrial or Academy or Science and Technology Organization on the post which can be considered equivalent to the post not below the rank of Senior and Junior Scientific Assistant, in Gujarat Ecological Education and Research (GEER) Foundation, after obtaining the post graduate degree as mentioned above.
The basic knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment(General) Rules, 1967; and Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi Or Both
Pay Scale:- Rs 15,600-39,100 Garde pay Rs 5400
Age: Not more than 42 years. Age will be considered as on last date of application.
Senior and Junior Scientific Assistant

Experience: -
(i) have atleast one year experience on the post not below the rank of Technical Assistant in Gujarat Ecological Education and Research (GEER) Foundation, or
(ii) have atleast one year experience in different aspects of Laboratory Management including handling of advance instruments and work experience of analysis of waste water or molecular biology or Research and Development or Scientific Activities and Services or Science and Technology Programme and Planning Development in Government or Government undertaking Board or Corporation or Industrial or Academy or Science and Technology Organization on the post which can be considered equivalent to the post not below the rank of Technical Assistant, in Gujarat Ecological Education and Research (GEER) Foundation, after obtaining the educational qualification as prescribed above.
