Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all the sales activities in the assigned territory.
- Identify new business and market share increase within the territory.
- Analyze competition and make sound recommendation.
- Implement the agreed pricing strategy formulated for each market segment.
- Provide technical services to the customers and assist West on sales & technical seminars to the industry.
- Generate monthly sales report and identify strategies to achieve and exceed budgeted numbers.
- Assist customer service in ensuring high level of service and response time with monthly review of samples and quotation follow up.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering/Pharmacy or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales & marketing environment with proven track record.
- Technically competent, knowledge of rubber technology or pharmaceutical / medical device industry would be an advantage.
- Good rapport and exceptional negotiation skills.
- Result oriented and self-starter.
- Able to work independently self-motivated and good communication skills.
- Accurate judgment of business opportunities.
- Understanding and accepting of the business ethics of MNC.
- Willing to travel.
