UPSTREAM R&D
Skill set required:
> Should be proficient In mammalian cell culture, culture initiation, propagation, and cryopreservation of cells while adhering to quality systems.
> Should have experience in handling shake flasks, AMBR bioreactor. Single Use bioreactors
> Should have experience In Design of Experiments (DoE] .Quality by Design [QbD]
> Performance of basic laboratory protocol studies, including basic calculations and data analysis
> Develop models for process scalability analysis for seam-less integration with tech transfer activities.
Qualification : Ph.D with 1-3 yrs of industrial experience
MAST
Skill set required:
> Passionate to work with cross functional team for technology transfer, deviation control. Investigation and trouble shooting
> Shall be proficient in writing documents such Risk assessment, TTD, investigation report etc.
Qualification
M.Tech, M.Sc with 2-5 years of experience in upstream or downstream from PD or manufacturing.

Drug Product Devlopment / Large Molecule Formulation
Skill set required:
> Sound technical knowledge in protein formulation and lyophilization. Knowledge of DOE and application to drug product development.
> Experience In regulatory filings for National/lnternational agencies Is a plus.
> Knowledge of relevant pharmacopeial methods of biologies. Experience in analytical method development Is a plus
