Job Description
1.Food Testing- proximate analysis, water testing, as per the quality management system, preparation of standard solution and its standardization, sample processing and storage of file sample. Record maintenance.
2.Food Testing- sample preparation for pesticide residue, analysis as per the quality management system, preparation of CRM solution at different concentration and intermediate checking, record maintenance.
3.Food Testing- mycotoxin analysis as per the quality management system, preparation and storage of CRM solution, intermediate checking, record maintenance.-
4.Food Testing- heavy metal analysis as per the quality management system, preparation, maintenance, storage & intermediate checking of CRM, sample preparation and digestion, record maintenance. -
5. Food Testing- Fatty Acid Profile, NOTS ( Natural Occurring Toxins), Amino Acids, Vitamins analysis-

M.Sc. Chemistry with 3 years of relevant experience.
