Job Description
1. Business Development with Centre and State Govts.
2.Bid documentation (RFQ/RFP preparation), bid process management for various Govt. tenders.
3.Support the BD team in coordinating with other divisions of HITES/HLL and providing necessary information for handling opportunities through timely and complete response to RFI / RFPs.
4.Preparation of bid documents
5.Coordination with various existing clients
6.Liaison with Central Ministries and Various Governmental and Non-Governmental Agencies and State Govts for New business opportunities and also for existing business
7.Organize and prepare presentations / interviews for new business bids and retenders.
8.Identifying new opportunities for Service Sector, Preparation of MoUs & Agreements
9.Maintaining effective client databases
10.Coordination and participation in various exhibitions and exhibit/ showcase our services
Requirements
Maximum Age: 50 Years as on 01/09/2017
Pay Scale :
For Deputy Manager :-
On Regular Basis :- Rs. 16400 - 40500/-(Annual CTC approx 7.09 Lakhs at minimum scale of pay).
On FTC Basis :- Consolidated Pay Range: Rs. 25,000/- to 40,000/- per month
For Manager :-
On Regular Basis :- Rs. 20600 - 46500/-(Annual CTC approx 8.06 Lakhs at minimum scale of pay).
On FTC Basis :- Consolidated Pay Range: Rs. 35,000-55,000/- per month
Essential Qualification : Graduation / Post Graduation with MBA
Post Qualification Experience Essential: Minimum 3 Years in case of Deputy Manager and 5 Years of relevant experience in case of Manager.
