Institute of Life Sciences (ILS), Bhubaneswar, an autonomous institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India invites applications from Indian Nationals to join in the following position.
Post : Research Associate (01 No) in Malaria Parasite Biology
Fellowship: Rs. 36000/- per month + @20%HRA
Eligibility and Selection: Ph.D. in Plasmodium biology/Mosquito Biology/Immunology/Biotechnology/Life Sciences. Candidate should be well-versed with basic molecular biology and cell culture techniques. Candidates who have submitted Ph.D. thesis and are waiting for viva voce may also apply. For such candidates, fellowship amount will be that of an SRF until he/she defends Ph.D. thesis. Selection will be carried out through application screening, followed by an interview process. A good publication record will be a plus.

Initial appointment will be for one year and the tenure will be renewed based on the performance and progress. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
