Job Description
1. Day to Day Cash Flow, weekly/monthly/yearly Budgeted or Projected Cash flow, Gather manpower data.
2. Compile and Prepare weekly/Monthly/yearly MIS report as required by the management.
3. Annually Tax Audits as required under Income Tax Act-1961 Companies Act, co-ordinate with tax auditors.
4. Preparing annexure, schedules under the act.
5. Liasioning lodging Import, Exports with banks, follow ups for FIRC's TL, Preparing monthly, quarterly report in
the format given by Banks, other correspondence with banks, Assisting management in coordinating with third parties,
6. CA's in the process of raising funds disbursement of capex etc. from bank/ financial institute.
7. Maintenance, preparation & finalization of complete accounts includes P/L & B/S responsible for statutory compliances like- SAL, TDS, prof. tax, excise, are all statutory payments /filing of return determining TDS liability of employees, other suppliers etc.
8. Generating Form 16 online from income tax Department for employees, as other TDS's certificates, online correction of 24Q, online application for Form C. Co-ordinate with Telengana Vat Consultant form Monthly VAT return filing, helping in Bank Reconciliation(IDBI).
9. Updating accounts team, intimating them about changes/ updates in compliances, income tax, Companies Act, etc as and when it takes place compliance of all necessary paperwork/ filing as far company rules (ROC) matter in co-ordination with co's secretary.
10. Responsible the maintenance of appropriate register, record and filing of all relevant records.
