Job Description
PURPOSE
To support Advisory teams in creating high-impact, visually rich client presentations and other client-ready deliverables.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Have a mature and thorough understanding of individual and collective needs of Advisory teams, especially in terms of what creates ‘end-client’ (pharma companies) impact in terms of articulation, visual appeal, flow and structure, etc.
2. Convert draft Powerpoints, Excel charts and word documents into highly polished, high-impact outputs that create ‘impact’ with clients
3. Create visually-impactful newsletters and templates for other client-facing materials, e.g. Invites for high visibility conference
4. Create templates and repositories that enable efficiency, repeatability and scalability in this activity
5. Train GDN-Advisory team members to improve their presentation skills
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
• Atleast 3-4 years of experience in creating client-ready presentations and other materials, in a multinational operating environment
Desirable
• Experience working in a consulting environment
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Very high proficiency with Powerpoint, Excel and Word
• Experience with graphics design in a corporate environment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech
Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers
Regular sitting for extended periods of time
Occasional travel
