Job Description
Astute Operations Professional having over 20+ years of experience in manufacturing domain, with over 15-17 years in Medical device/ Natural Rubber Latex.
Experience in manufacturing of Condoms. Responsible for installation of Plant & Machineries, Start-up of production for newly installed project. Proficient in heading operations, meeting targets and achieving growth and profitability. Proven skills in formulating pre-planned development strategies for achievement of goals in the production of Latex product Industry.
Major Responsibilities
Should ensure production of condom is being done as per laid down procedure.
To ensure manufacturing process, testing, printing, Unit packing & final packaging operations in the production area are being carried out in accordance of the defined procedures following GMP.
To supervise the functioning of maintenance department & ensure preventive breakdown maintenance are being done as per the schedule. Should have exposure in Rejection Control Management.
Strategic Initiatives
Should have driven strategic measures and led key projects.
Should have Shouldered responsibility for synergizing manufacturing, engineering, quality, HR, finance & logistics for achieving organizational goals, sustaining growth & improving operational efficiency.
Compliance & Industrial Relations Initiatives
Ensured statutory compliance in all areas of plant operations, implementation of company & group policies especially Safety and GMP including standards set up by regulatory or government agencies
Led successful plant audits.
Quality
Implementing Quality Management System and ensuring adherence to the same while ensuring compliance of various quality measures.
Implementing TQM, 5S, Mean failure systems for enhancing efficiency, better equipment availability and reducing operational costs and scrap.
Team Management
Leading, mentoring and motivating team members to accomplish the assigned task.
Imparting training to the operators for enhancing their skill levels.
