Tasks
1. Select appropriate authorised vendors, places orders, and may arrange for service contract.
2. Follows up on orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates.
3. Maintains records and follow up files of purchases, shipments, and related matters.
4. Maintains files of descriptions of available supplies.
5. Maintaining records and updation of reports.
6. Tabulation of tender related documents and proposals
7. Rate comparison with respect to the existing rate and the market prevailing rate.
8. Other related works assigned from time to time

Requirements
Maximum Age: 40 Years as on 01/10/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs 10000 (minimum) to Rs 20000 (maximum) per month
(The consolidated pay will be fixed within the pay range depending on the qualification, experience and the current pay drawn by the candidate. The consolidated pay will be inclusive of all allowances and benefits).
Qualification:
Essential: D.Pharma with computer knowledge and experience in pharma procurement OR BSc in Laboratory Technology with experience in diagnostic item procurement
Desirable: B Pharma with computer knowledge and experience in pharma procurement OR MSc Laboratory Technology with experience in diagnostic item procurement
Post Qualification Experience:
Essential:Minimum one year experience
Desirable:Retail pharma procurement experience preferable
