Qualification
Essential:
(i) 12th class pass with Science subject (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) or equivalent from a recognized Board or Univeristy;
(ii) Diploma in Pharmacy from recognized institution and registered as Pharmascist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948; and
(iii) Two year experience as Pharmacist in any recognized Hospital or Pharmacy after duly registered as Pharmacist Under the Pharmacy Act, 1948;
and OR
(i) Bachelor degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from recognized University or equivalent; and
(ii) Registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act. 1948.
Duties: Distribution of medicines to the patients as per prescription slip and maintenance of Medical Store.

INSTRUCTION AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR CANDIDATES

2. Self-attested photocopies of educational/reservation categories/experience certificates etc., if any, should be enclosed with the application.

4. Only those SC/ST candidates who are not employed anywhere will be paid TA for attending interview, if admissible under rules.
