QC - OSD Department
Qualification : M.Sc. / B.Pharm
Experience : 2-7 years
Role Description : • Conduct QC testing on raw materials, packaging, stability, in-process, and finished products.
• Capable of Handling Instrument like HPLC, GC, IR,UV instrument. Knowledge of Dissolution tester, KF, Potentiometer.
QA - OSD Department
Qualification : M.Sc. / B.Pharm
Experience : 2-7 years
Role Description : • IPQA: Ensure compliance in manufacturing processes. Conduct real-time inspections and corrective actions.
• AQA: To review analytical data of different sections. Handling of QMS i.e. Deviations, OOS,OOT, Laboratory incidences, OOC, CAPA and Effectiveness Of CAPA. Review documentation for good manufacturing practices, including test methods and protocols.
Production - OSD Department
Qualification : B.Sc. / D.Pharm / B.Pharm
Experience : 2-7 years
Role Description : • To ensure the efficient, safe, and reliable functioning of machinery to produce quality products while minimizing downtime and waste. Maintain production records and follow cGMP standards.
Packing - OSD Department
Qualification : B.Sc. / D.Pharm/ B.Pharm
Experience : 2-7 years
Role Description : • To carry out packing activities as per packing plan & monitor, control in process checks and maintaining documentation related to production activities like BPR's log books, balance verification and daily records.
Warehouse - OSD Department
Qualification : B.Sc. / D.Pharm/ B.Pharm
Experience : 2-7 years
Role Description : • Responsible for material handling and dispensing of raw materials as per BMR, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) throughout the process
Engineering - OSD Department
Qualification : DME / BE / BTech
Experience : 2-7 years
Role Description : • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various machinery, including FBD, RMG, blister packing machines, bulk line equipment, compression machines, and capsule filling and coating machines.
