Terms and Conditions
1) The above posts are on contract basis and the appointment will be for 11 months and 29 days.
2) The posts in the advertisement are not regular posts of the State Government but purely contractual posts. There will be no right to permanency in the said post and the service rules of the Government will not be applicable for these posts, also the applicant will not have the right to be included in the regular service of the Government or to claim protection of service through the Government or the same.
3) The applicant should be physically and mentally fit for the post concerned and no criminal case should have been registered against the applicant.
4) Consolidated remuneration will be paid per month for the above contractual posts.
5) All rights regarding changes in the number of vacancies and the place of appointment in the advertisement are reserved by Hon. Chief Executive Officer, G.P. Satara has retained. If there is a change in the number of posts as per the guidelines, the candidates cannot raise any objection.
6) Right to redress any objections in the said recruitment process. The Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad will remain at Satara.
7) The applicant cannot ask for a change of location as per the convenience during the contract period. Note that there is no future replacement.
8) All rights to suspend/ stay the recruitment process/ change the recruitment process/ change the terms and conditions of Hon. No one can make any claim that reserves have been kept at the level of Chief Executive Officer.

9) The candidate along with the photocopies of the prescribed form and photocopies of the required documents in person at the National Health Mission Office, G.P. Satara from 08/10/2024 to 18/10/2024 during office hours from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. Should be present and present. Or the application should be submitted by register / speed post. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered under any circumstances.
10) Candidates will not be paid travel allowance or any other allowance for recruitment process.
11) After the completion of the said recruitment process, in future, if a vacancy occurs due to the resignation of an employee, then the next candidate in the merit list will be appointed as per rules without conducting a fresh recruitment process. The said selection list will remain valid for the next one year after its preparation.
12) Open (General), EWS, B.J.B., B.J.C., B.J.E., V.J.A., V.M.P., Category 500/- to the candidates and SC, ST Candidates will be charged Rs.300/- recruitment processing fee. The said amount is to be deposited online to the following account. A printout of the amount deposited online should be submitted to this office while submitting the application.

13) The prescribed specimen of application form is enclosed herewith. After that the application will be scrutinized and the eligible/ineligible list of candidates, merit list etc. Candidates should note that the detailed details will be published on the website of Satara Zilla Parishad www.zpsatara.gov.in from time to time. No announcement in this regard will be given in the newspaper or any information will be given to anyone in a personal manner. Therefore, no objection can be raised by any candidate as the information has not been given in a personal form. No candidate should approach the District Office in person.
14) If a candidate from the reserved cadre is not available for the vacant post, other candidates will be appointed on a temporary basis (against reservation) until the candidate from the original cadre is available or for a period of 11 months and 29 days, whichever is less. But the said candidates will not be given further re-appointment.
15) No separate correspondence will be done with the candidates regarding the list of eligible/ineligible candidates in the selection process as well as the selection list will be published on Zilla Parishad Satara website.
16) The appointment will be given in priority order based on the merit number in the selection list. If the candidate uses any pressure method in that regard, the said candidate will be disqualified.
17) The maximum age limit for the said post on the date of advertisement will be 38 years for unreserved category and 43 years for reserved category. Also, the age limit will be relaxed by 5 years for candidates who have worked under NHM.
18) The selection process for the above posts will be by scrutinizing the number of applications received and preparing a list in order of merit.
19) Only experience under Government, Semi-Government and National Health Mission will be considered in the selection process.
20) It will be mandatory to attach the registration certificate from the corresponding council for technical posts among the above posts, failing which the candidate will be disqualified.
21) All rights to suspend/stay/modify recruitment process are vested in Hon. No one can make any claim that reserves have been kept at the level of Chief Executive Officer.

Application for the said recruitment process dt. will be accepted in offline mode till 18/10/2024 and thereafter eligible/ineligible list of candidates after carrying out the recruitment process as per the guidelines received from the Government as well as National Health Mission such as scrutiny of application, publication of selection list, receiving and disposal of objections/objections etc. Candidates should note that detailed details regarding all instructions, merit list etc. will be published from time to time on website of Satara Zilla Parishad zpsatara.gov.in. Candidates will not be contacted directly and no advertisement will be given in the newspaper again.
