Vacancy for Pharmacists at District Hospital - B.Pharm/D.Pharm jobs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following posts on contractual and contractual basis as per the table below recruitment process for Nandurbar districts under National AYUSH Mission.

Terms and Conditions
1) Interested candidates should submit 1) Application form in prescribed format 2) Age proof 3) Degree/Degree Certificate (All year certificate) 4) All Mark Sheets (5) Valid Certificate of Council Registration (As Applicable) 6) Government Work Experience Certificate Documents with Signature and Name and Mobile No. of the Head of Office (Experience should be related to Government Work) Copy of Appointment Order should be attached in case of Government experience 7) Caste Certificate etc. With photocopies dt. 18/10/2024 at 5:00 PM Till this period A. No. 1 to 20 Women and Child Hospital Nandurbar, District Hospital Premises Distt. It should be submitted by hand at the address Nandurbar.
2) If the documents are incomplete, the application will be rejected and no opportunity will be given to re-submit the documents.
3) Fees - Open Category Candidates Rs.150/- and Reserved Category Candidates Rs.100/- Demand Draft of Nationalized Bank payable in the name of "District Integrated Health & Family Welfare Society, Nandurbar"
4) In front of the post, the emoluments will be the combined emoluments and no other allowances will be payable.
5) As per Government Decision dated 25th April 2016 of General Administration Department, Ministry of Mumbai, the minimum age of the candidate will be 18 years and maximum age will be 38 years for open category and 43 years for backward category on the last date of application. Entry and Termination of Service of Medical Officers (MBBS) and Specialists
The age limit will remain 70 years and other patient care related posts in Abhiyan (eg Nurse, Superintendent, Specialist,
counsellors, pharmacists etc.) the age limit for entry and termination of service will remain 65 years. It is mandatory for the working candidates in the service of National Health Mission to submit a certificate of physical fitness certified by the maximum service entry limit. After the age of 60 years reappointment orders will be issued only after obtaining a physically fit certificate from the District Surgeon every year.
6) Small family condition has been implemented from 23/07/2020 and candidates having more than two children from 23/07/2020 will not be eligible to apply for National Health Mission Recruitment.
7) All the above posts will be on contract basis and on consolidated remuneration, their duration (eleven months and 29 days) will be based on your performance appraisal or will be filled for a shorter period or the posts will be terminated at any time if no prior approval is given.

8) The above sample posts are not state government posts but purely contractual posts. There will be no right or claim regarding the terms and conditions of government service on the said post and the government service rules will not be applicable for this post.
9) If the concerned posts are disapproved by the Central/State Government, the service of the candidate will be terminated immediately without any prior notice.
10) The applicant should be physically and mentally fit for the post concerned and no criminal offense should have been registered against the applicant.
11) Candidates should clearly indicate the name of the post for which they are applying and the caste category (caste category) for the said post in the application.
12) Candidates applying from reserved category must attach caste certificate of that category. The benefit of caste certificate reserved cadre cannot be availed either.

Such candidates 13) In case of non-availability of the required reserved cadre candidates as per the letter of Joint Director (Interim) R.A.A.Mumbai No.Raso/Manushibal/Reservation/24564-774/16 dated 20.07.2016, others possessing the educational qualification required for the post. Candidates from the cadre will be considered as per General Merit lusti.
14) For the post of Specialist, Medical Officer, Superintendent, Drug Manufacturing Officer and Experiment School Technician and similar posts, it will be mandatory to attach a valid registration certificate from the Council along with the application otherwise the candidate will be disqualified.
15) The applicant cannot ask for change of location as per his convenience during the contract period.
16) Applicants should enter their current mobile number and e-mail ID correctly on their application and ensure that it remains in good condition till the completion of the recruitment process.
17) Candidates who are called during the recruitment process will have to attend at their own expense.

18) The application form is published along with the advertisement and if the application form is not as per the said form, the application form of the candidates will not be accepted.
19) If the application of the candidates is rejected because it is incomplete or partially filled, the entire responsibility will remain with the candidates.
20) It is mandatory to use masks and sanitizers and follow social distancing rules as per the outbreak situation with Kovid-19.
21) Skill test has been made mandatory for required posts. A skill test will be conducted at the district level before the appointment order is issued to the qualified candidate for that post. The final selection list of the candidates qualified in the skill test will be published.
22) Candidates who are working in a government or semi-government organization should submit their application along with a no objection certificate signed by the head of the office while applying.
23) Prior to this, applications for vacancies under Rashtriya AYUSH Abhiyan were invited from 05.01.2024 to 15.01.2024. But candidates should note that the said recruitment process has been cancelled. Also, new advertisement is published for the vacant post under National AYUSH campaign and candidates should submit fresh application.
24) In case of applying for more than one post, candidates should submit separate applications for each post.
