Recruitment of Pharmacists 10 posts under Integrated District Health Society

Applications for following vacant posts in District Programme Management Unit (South East District) are invited by Integrated District Health Society, South east District in the prescribed format for contractual engagements.

Consolidated Remuneration (in Rs.) : 32,600/-
Essential : 1. B. Pharmacy from a recognised institute
2. Registered with Pharmacy council Or 1. 10+2 with Science stream (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) from a recognised institute.
2. Technical Qualification : Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from the institute recognised by the Pharmacy council of India and Registered with Pharmacy council Desirable Working Knowledge of computer
Age limit : Up to 30 Years
The engagement will be purely on contract basis till 31/03/2025 or as per the policy of National Health Mission (NHM). The contract is extendable based upon performance evaluation and NHM policies.

Important Instructions
1. There shall be an initial assessment (probation) period of three months from the date of engagement.
2. Last date for receiving of application at Office of CDMO, DGD Building, Ist floor, PVR Complex, Saket, Delhi-110054 on 29/10/2024 at 5 p.m. Applications received after the last date and time, will be rejected.
3. The application form is to be submitted in the office of CDMO DGD Building, 1st Floor, PVR Complex, Saket, New Delhi-110017 against particular post provisionally between 10:00AM to 5:00PM by Speed post or Registered post or by hand only. The application received by any other means will not be considered at all.
4. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
5. The cut off age, qualification, experience etc. will be last date of receiving the application, i.e 29/10/2024.
6. Recruitment Rules for the above posts (Academic qualification, Experience, Remuneration, Age, etc.) are annexed below.
7. Self-attested copies of following documents should be attached with the application form :
i) High School mark sheet and Certificate
ii) Inter Mediate mark sheet and Certificate
iii) Graduation mark sheet and degree
iv) Experience Certificate
v) Registration with respective council( Delhi Medical/Delhi Nursing/ Delhi Pharmacy/All India Pharmacy)
vi) If belong to any special category (SC/ST/OBC) as relaxation will be given as per rules of GNCT Delhi.
vii) Valid income and assets certificate in case of EWS Category
8. Full particulars along with postal address with PIN Code, E-mail, Contact No., Two passport size photographs and self-attested copies of Marks sheets, Certificates of Educational Qualifications (from 10th standard onwards) & Experience Certificates (current working experience certificates also) should be attached with the application.
9. Applications are required to be submitted in prescribed format and Use CAPITAL LETTERS for filling the application format. Application format is attached below.

10. Mandatory: While coming for the interview, candidate will bring all self- attested copies of documents as mentioned in para 7 above along with all the original documents (in physical) for verification of age and fulfill the eligibility criteria as per recruitment rules. Request for verification of documents on later date shall not be entertained. In case the candidate is not carrying original documents, he/she will not be allowed to appear for the interview. The application form will be rejected in case it is found incomplete or misleading in any respect.
11. Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and EWS will be given as per Government guidelines, subject to submission of Caste / EWS Certificate issued by the Appropriate Authority in support of his/her claim. OBC Certificate issued by appropriate authority of Govt. of NCT of Delhi, only will be accepted.
12. IDHS, Southeast District reserves the right to change the number of vacancies, withdraw the process in full or part and also has right to reject any or all applications received without assigning any reasons or giving notice.
13. The decision of the Chairman IDHS (SED), regarding selection of the candidates will be final and no representation shall be entertained in this regard.
14. The place of posting is within the South East, District of Delhi.

16. Name and Code No. of the post should be clearly stated in the application and on the envelope.
17. Applications received in CDMO Office after the last date will not be considered. The IDHS, South-East will not be responsible for any postal delay.
18. IDHS, Southeast District has the right to reject any application, if found improper or having misleading information.
19. The candidates should not have been convicted by any court of law.
20. In case of any dispute, legal jurisdiction will be Delhi only.
