Name of the Project : “Tools for the differential profiling of sialoglycoconjugates in the central nervous system in mice using disease models” funded by DBT
Educational Qualifications : PhD in Life Sciences, Chemical Biology, Cell Biology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, or Neurobiology
Desirable : Expertise in mammalian cell and tissue culture, sample preparation and data analysis skills for proteomics and genomics. Knowledge of glycobiology, glycoproteins, and glycoproteomics.
Job Description : To execute differential proteomics and glycoproteomics studies on neuronal cell lines, primary neuronal cells, and tissues using state-of- the-art mass spectrometry methodologies, flow cytometry, confocal and high-resolution microscopy, and next-generation sequencing.
Emoluments : Rs. 58,000/- per month plus 27 % HRA (As per DST OM dated 26.06.2023)
