HAL Limited invites application for Pharma Apprenticeship

Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd a Navratna Central Public Sector Undertaking, is a premier Aeronautical Industry of South East Asia, with 20 Production/Overhaul/ Service Divisions and 10 co-located R&D Centers spread across the Country. HALs spectrum of expertise encompasses design, development, manufacture, repair, overhaul and upgrade of Aircraft, Helicopters, Aero-engines, Industrial & Marine Gas Turbines, Accessories, Avionics & Systems and structural components for Satellites & Launch Vehicles.

Post : Pharmacy - Apprentices

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates who have passed Engineering Graduate/ Non-Engineering Graduate, Technical Diploma, Diploma in MOM&SP, for undergoing Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentice Act 1961, in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Avionics Division, Korwa, Amethi.

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharma)
Essential Qualification : 4 Years Degree from any Recognized Board/University in concerned Branches
Age Limit : Maximum age limit 26 years (as on 25/10/2024) for General Candidate, Relaxable by 03 years in case of OBC, 05 Years in case of SC/ST Candidate.
For the Candidates belonging to Differently Abled Category. (Minimum Disability 40%) the Upper Age Limit is relaxable upto 10 Years (15 years for SCs/STs and 13 Years for OBCs)
Instructions for filling & Submission of application Forms
01. The applicants are advised to register to get the Registration Number in the portal; nats.education.gov.in and must indicate the Registration Number in Application Form.
02. Fill the Google Application Form very carefully. ‘Incomplete & Wrongly Filled’ Application Form are liable to be rejected.
3. The dependents (Children & Spouse only) of the Serving /Retired /Deceased Employees of HAL is required to attach in Google Application Form the details of Employee, duly certified by the Concerned HR Officer of respective division in the attached Format.
4. Incomplete Application Form or Application Form sent in any other mode than Google Application Form will not be accepted.
5. The last date for sending application form through Google Application Form is 25/10/2024. The Google Application Form submitted after 25/10/2024 will not be accepted.
6. Candidate who have completed/resigned/terminated/undergoing Apprentice Training from any organization or registered under Apprentices Act are not eligible for selection process.
7. The Candidate who have completed 03 years of passing year his/her Degree/Diploma on the date of Contract Registration will not be eligible for undergoing Apprenticeship Training under Apprentices Act.
8. Candidates who have Work experience of one year or more in any organization are not eligible.
9. Candidates, who have done Technical/General Stream Degree/Diploma from correspondence, are not eligible for Selection Process.
10. Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification.

Selection Process
11. The Selection for Engagement of Apprentices will be based on 100% Merit basis, taking into consideration 100% Weightage of Total Aggregate Marks secured in the Engineering/General Stream Graduate/Technical Diploma /Diploma in MOM&SP Examination.
12. Reservation will be applied as per Apprentices Act- 1961.
13. The Notification is available on HAL, Korwa LAN/WAN/Notice Boards and has been hosted at Careers Section in the HAL website hal-india.co.in.

General Instructions for Provisionally Selected Candidates
14. The list of Provisionally Selected Candidates will be available in HAL, Korwa LAN/WAN/Notice Boards and hosted at Careers Section in the HAL website www.hal- india.co.in.
15. Provisonally Selected Candidates shall undergo Medical Examination and will have to produce medical fitness certificate by Govt. Medical Officer not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon (Gazetted). Medical Fitness Certificate is to be submitted at the time of Joining for Apprentice Training.
16. Candidates will have to obtain Police Verification Certificate from the Commissioner/Superintendent of Police from the place where the Candidate resides and have to submit at the time of joining of Apprentice Training after successful Verification of Original Documents.
17. A self-attested copies of the following documents alongwith one latest passport size photograph is to be submitted by the Provisionally Selected Candidates during Verification of Original Documents: 1) High School Certificate & Mark sheet, 2) Degree in Engineering/ Degree in Non- Engineering, Diploma Certificate & Mark sheet of all Semesters 3) Latest Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC as applicable 4) PWD Certificate (if applicable). 5) EWS certificate if applicable 6) HR Certified Proforma for dependents (Children & Spouse) of HAL Employee if applicable. 7) Aadhar Card, 8) E-mail copy of Apprentice Registration Number.
18. All Original Certificates/ Documents should be produced at the time of joining for Apprenticeship Training.
19. No TA/DA will be paid to the Applicants who are called for Verification process by the company.
20. The applicants have to make their own arrangements for stay if required during the verification process.
21. OBC candidates should produce Valid Non-Creamy Layer Certificate on Central Government Format. OBC Certificate should be issued within Six months from the last date of sending Application Form mentioned in the advertisement.
22. Persons with Disabilities (PWD) should bring latest PWD Certificate, certified by Competent Authority and the Percentage of Disability should not be less than 40%. PWD Certificate should be issued within Six months from the last date of sending Application Form mentioned in the advertisement.

Stipend & Period of Training
23. (a) Stipend will be paid to the Apprentices as per rule per month or as revised by the BOAT, Kanpur. The period of Apprenticeship Training will be One Year only. (b) The selected candidate will have to execute a Contract for the period of training as per Apprentices Act. (c) After completion of Apprenticeship Training, the Apprenticeship Contracts will be closed and there will be No obligation on the part of HAL to offer any employment.
24. HAL reserve the right to cancel the advertisement / or the selection process at any time without giving any reason.
25. Decision of HAL Management regarding the selection will be final.
26. The application form /Apprenticeship Training will be rejected in any stage if found of false information or suppression of any factual information without any intimation.
27. HAL reserves its right to change the date of Selection Process Schedule. Any changes in the schedule will be uploaded on HAL website.
