Qualification : B.Pharm / M.Pharm should be registered with Gujarat Pharmacy Council. The current status should be on.
Age : Age not more than 40 years from the date of application.

1 Candidate's application received online through arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in only will be accepted. Applications received through RPAD, Speed Post, Courier or Ordinary Post will not be accepted.
2. Photo copy of legible original document must be uploaded in the software
3. Applications with incomplete details will not be accepted.
4 The age limit will be calculated as on the last date for receipt of applications mentioned in the advertisement for age limit i.e. in case of all candidates the last date for receipt of applications mentioned in the advertisement for age limit will be taken into consideration as of 05/10/2024.
