NIAB, an autonomous institute under the aegis of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, is aimed to harness novel and emerging biotechnologies and create knowledge in the cutting edge areas for improving animal health and productivity. The Institute’s research focus is on animal genetics and genomics, transgenesis, stem cell & its applications, reproductive biotechnology, infectious diseases, nanotechnology, bioinformatics and Nutrigenomics.

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for filling up the following position at National Institute of Animal Biotechnology (NIAB), Hyderabad.
Project Title : Development of Novel Adjuvanted Vaccine for Foot and Mouth Disease.”

Tenable upto : August, 2025.
Eligibility : Bachelor / Master of Science in Biology / Biotechnology or relevant discipline.
Experience : A candidate with experience in molecular biology, immunology techniques, and animal (mice, goat) handling is desirable. Candidates with experience working as technical staff in a research laboratory will be preferred.
Fellowship amount : Rs.20000 + 24% HRA (if applicable) conditions as per DST guidelines.
Age : 35 years.
