Inviting candidates for the post of Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager for Packaging Development for Pharmaceutical Technology Centre, Ahmedabad
Candidates should have a diploma in packaging (IIP) / B. Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. with 5-7 years of experience in packaging development for cosmetics and personal care products. They should have worked with reputed FMCG companies with exposure to packaging development for cream, gel, spray and food supplements, should have knowledge of mold development, mold validation, plastic processing techniques, design development, prototype development and trials, pack presentation, aesthetics and shelf appeal.
Candidates would also be responsible for selecting and finalizing primary, secondary and tertiary packaging materials and identifying right grade functionality and aesthetics, packaging artwork development with knowledge of printing techniques and colors, should be well versed with competitor products and their packaging USPs, should have knowledge of packaging testing methods and packaging material specification finalization, cost optimization and process optimization for better output and return and should have exposure to transportation studies and methods to develop transport worthy packaging system.
