Job Description
• Conduct quality control tests and inspections on R&D products or prototypes.
• Develop and implement QC procedures to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Analyze data to track product quality trends and make improvements.
• Maintain documentation of QC processes and results.
• Participate in the development of new testing methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior QC staff.

Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's/Diploma degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology).
• Proven experience in quality control within an R&D environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and precision in testing and reporting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant laboratory equipment and testing techniques.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and regulations.
• Ability to adapt to evolving R&D projects and priorities.
