Advertisement No. 01 (NHM) / 2022, previously published by this office, has been issued by the Honorable High Court for the appointment of qualified candidates on the mentioned honorarium on contract basis as per the number mentioned on the following posts under the various programs run under the National Health Mission in Deoghar district. In the light of the passed judgment, Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms and Official Language, Government of Jharkhand, canceling paragraph 4 (b) of Resolution No. 14/Locality Policy-14-04/2018-821 dated 05.02.2021, Campaign Director, National Health Mission As per the instructions of the Health Education and Health Department, applications are invited in the prescribed form for post wise appointment as follows.

Ayush Pharmacist (RCH)

Pharmacist (RBSK)

Selection conditions:-
I. They will be contracted to work on the above mentioned posts against the approved honorarium on contract basis. Apart from the monthly honorarium fixed by the government, no other amount will be paid.
II. In the light of letter no. 1135 (MI) of Campaign Director, National Health Mission, Jharkhand Ranchi, dated 24.04.2021, the honorarium has been fixed as per the approved amount of monthly honorarium for the respective posts. In future, upon receipt of departmental guidelines regarding honorarium, it will be followed, increased or decreased accordingly.
III. District level reservation roster will be considered in all the above mentioned posts. In the light of the instructions and conjecture contained in the resolution number 2249 dated 03.04.2018 of the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms and Official Language, Government of Jharkhand, horizontal reservation for different categories of disabled people will be conceivable.
IV. The contract period will be tenable for one year and as per requirement, the contract period can be extended with a break of one day in service in one year on the basis of Annual Performance Appraisal.
V. In case the persons contracted on the basis of contract are no longer needed or the work is not satisfactory, the contract can be terminated by giving them one month's notice or one month's honorarium.
VI. Candidates who are submitting CGPA score card for educational qualification will also submit CGPA Conversion Chart along with the marksheet.
VII. For applying for more than one post, it will be mandatory for the applicant to submit separate applications in different envelopes. It will be mandatory to attach the updated local resident and caste certificate issued from the level of Circle Officer/Sub-Divisional Officer along with the application form.
VIII. According to the advertised qualifications, short list candidates will be included in the further selection process by the committee.
IX. The decision of the committee in the appointment process will be final and binding.
X. All the original certificates submitted by the selected candidates will be verified by the certificate issuing institution.
XI. At any stage of the selection process, if the information/form given by any candidate is found to be incorrect, his/her candidature/appointment can be canceled with immediate effect and legal action can be taken against him/her.
XII. The terms and conditions of the advertisement may be amended by the committee as per requirement.
XIII. Any personal correspondence/contact regarding appointment will not be valid.
Application Procedure
Self-attested photocopies of required mark sheets, educational certificates, technical qualification certificates and experience certificates in the following prescribed form from the candidates possessing the above qualification-cum-qualification and residential certificate issued by the competent authority for claiming reservation, caste certificate, computer It is necessary to submit certificate of proficiency (if valid) and 02 self-attested passports with latest color photographs attached with the application form.
Application forms filled in clearly letters should be received through registered post/speed post at the address "Office of the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Rajkumari Leprosy Asylum Complex, Deoghar" till 05:00 pm on 25-10-2023. Application form will not be accepted through any other means. It is necessary to provide the following information clearly on the envelope.
