1. Degree in pharmacy (or) Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized University / Institution.
2. Registration with Pharmacy Council under Section- 12 of Pharmacy Act, 1948.
Desirable :
1. Experience (if any) in the relevant field.

Senior Secondary or equivalent (12th) : 10
Degree in pharmacy (or) Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized University / Institution : 40
Experience (If any) in the relevant field : 20

Pharmacist (Homeopathy)

Monthly Consolidated Salary : Rs. 16,000/-
Qualification : Essential:
1. XII Passed with Science subjects from a recognized Board / Institution.
2. Degree/Diploma in Homoeopathic Pharmacy or its equivalent with the essential subjects like Homoeopathic Pharmacy, Homoeopathic Materia Medics and Organon of Medicine from a recognised Institute.
or
3. Certificate Course in Homoeopathic Pharmacy from a recognised Institution with a minimum of 03 to 05 years experience of dispensing Homoeo Medicine in a recognised Hospital or Dispensary.
Desirable :
3. Experience in dispensing Homoeo Medicine.
Marking Criteria (Total : 100)

General Information
1. The appointments will be made purely on contract basis and on consolidated pay as mentioned above. IN CASE IF IT IS DETECTED AT ANY STAGE OF SELECTION THAT A CANDIDATE DOES NOT FULFIL THE ELIGIBILITY NORMS AND/OR THAT HE/SHE HAS FURNISHED ANY INCORRECT/FALSE INFORMATION OR HAS SUPPRESSED ANY MATERIAL FACT(S), HIS/HER CANDIDATURE WILL STAND CANCELLED. IF ANY OF THESE SHORT COMINGS IS/ARE DETECTED EVEN AFTER SELECTION, HIS/HER SERVICES ARE LIABLE TO BE TERMINATED WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.
2. Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria are requested to apply in the prescribed format.
3. The appointments criteria will be adopt the education merit list, experiences in relevant field and personal interview basis for the above mentioned posts.
4. While applying for the post, the applicant should ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility criteria and other norms and that the particulars furnished by him/her are correct in all respects.
5. Selected candidates will have to work in remote/hard areas on as and when required basis.
6. Incomplete/defective applications, applications without requisite certificates and photograph of the candidates shall be summarily rejected.
7. The engagement will be as per the guidelines of respective NHM programme under District Health Society, North and Middle Andaman on contract basis for a period of 11 months from the day of signing the contract the selected candidates. Any extension or renewal appointment beyond this duration, if any, will be subject to review of performance and contribution towards work and an agreement on terms that must be mutually agreed upon. However this would not be construed in any manner a promise for the regular appointment under Andaman & Nicobar Administration and District Health Society, North and Middle Andaman.
8. No individual call letters will be issued, the names of the candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be displayed in the notice board of the District Health Society, North and Middle Andaman, Deputy commissioner’s Office, North and Middle Andaman and will also be published in the “The Daily Telegram” and in the web portal of A&N Administration.
9. The schedule of Interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates later.
10. No TA/DA Shall be paid to the applicants appearing in the interview.
11. Waiting list will also be prepared with one year validity.
12. No accommodation facility will be provided for Candidates appearing for Interview.
