Job Description
Principal Position : The Principal should possess a minimum of 15 years of teaching experience, hold a Ph.D. in Pharmacy, and demonstrate strong leadership abilities. Knowledge of regulatory bodies such as RGUHS, PCI, and accreditation processes is essential.
Other Academic Positions : Candidates for other academic positions should have a background in pharmacy with a relevant master's degree. Familiarity with regulatory guidelines from RGUHS, PCI, and accreditation standards is preferred for these roles, ensuring the highest standards of education and compliance within the institution.
Candidate Profile :
For the Principal Position, we are seeking candidates with a minimum of 15 years of teaching experience, along with a Ph.D. in Pharmacy. Strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of regulatory bodies such as RGUHS, PCI, and accreditation processes are prerequisites.
For Other Academic Positions, candidates should hold a master's degree in pharmacy or a related field. While experience with regulatory guidelines from RGUHS, PCI, and accreditation standards is advantageous, a passion for education and a commitment to maintaining high academic standards are equally important qualities we are looking for in potential candidates.
Preference will be given to candidates residing nearby, with consideration for those willing to relocate.
The Principal position offers a competitive monthly salary of INR 80,000, while other academic positions (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Lecturer) come with a monthly salary of INR 25,000.
