Job Description : To prepare process flow chart, P&IDs. Carry out and study the mass and heat transfer calculations.
To work on capacity debottlenecking / enhancement projects for allocated products.
To have basic design knowledge of Distillation column, condensers, Piping & Mixing.
To identify areas of cost reduction and carry out all functions in cost effective manner as well as to assist plant operations for efficiency improvement program for cost reduction and productivity improvements.
Work on solvent recovery areas and improve recovery efficiency and also identify newer solvents for recovery and reuse. Working on PSD improvement activities.
Production API

Job Description : Having experience & exposer on QMS (Deviations. Investigations, CCP/TCCP QRM etc.) Basic awareness of even SOP contents & preparations.
Familiar with documents handling Software's like Track wise/ EDMS etc.
Adequate Knowledge of GMP culture as well as QMS terminologies.
Plant Maintenance (API)
Post : AGM/ DGM
Experience : 15+ Years
Qualification : B.Tech (Mechanical)
